Um... ok, I don't see it anywhere. I think I can talk safely about it now. What's it, you ask? That dress, that nightmare with such great potential dress! So I had hoped to finish the homecoming dress project in a week but, per usual, I have taken on something way beyond my skill level. My skill level is like a .37 out of 100, so it's not hard to do. But here I am with a beautifully dyed dress with a lining from h-e-double hockeysticks and tulle out my ears and NOTHING IS WORKING. But, I still have some emergency backup plans to try and maybe the dress will still come out looking halfway decent. Wish me luck. Maybe it will be done this weekend? That is, if I can get my courage up and stop hiding from it.

I know exactly what you mean! I've done several sewing projects that I start and find it's a lot harder to do then I fist realized, but someone is always expecting me to finish it (like my daughters) so I avoid it as much as possible till I have to do it and then it either somehow turns out okay, or ends up a total disaster that I never speak of again! I think we all have projects like that, but no one ever speaks of them to anyone. Good luck!
